Ulla has a Diploma of Osteopathy in Manual Practice (D.O.M.P.) and gained this certification from the College d’Etudes Osteopathiques (CEO) after completing the 5-year program. She is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and graduated with honours from ICT Northumberland College in 2002 with a Diploma of Massage Therapy.

She is also a Certified Stott Pilates teacher for Mat and Equipment and is committed to being active in this field.

Ulla grew up in Austria and has a background in performing arts in several European countries. This has inspired her on her current path to help people and athletes from all walks of life to maintain their health.
